We use only premium materials, work in a calm and private studio setting, and take the time that each set genuinely requires. No shortcuts, no compromises.
Before Your Visit
Studio Policies
Appointments
All appointments are reserved exclusively for you. Please arrive on time to ensure the full experience. Late arrivals of 15 minutes or more may require rescheduling and the deposit will be forfeited.
Deposits
A non-refundable $50 deposit is required to secure bookings for services priced at $50 or more - services under $50 do not require a deposit. Deposits are sent via e-transfer to studio@elskin.co and are applied toward your service total.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Please provide 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made within 48 hours or no-shows will result in loss of deposit.
Refill Policy
Refills require a minimum of 40% lash retention. Lashes must be healthy and safe to refill. If lashes are damaged, overgrown, or incompatible, a full set may be required. Foreign fills are accepted with an additional fee.
Lash Health
Lash health is always prioritized. Services may be adjusted or declined if natural lashes are compromised.
